New Blog

This will be my blog with my food journal and food and fitness realted items.

Exercise:

Muscle conditioning 1 hour

Breakfast:

Light vanilla yogurt w/berries and granola

Snack:

String cheese

Lunch:

Boca burger w/salsa and cheese and lettuce (no bun)

Dinner:

Sticky chicken w/brown rice and stir fry veggies
